Delayed delivery from Smart Foundation Lab

On November 17, 2021, I signed up for Smart Foundation Lab's exchange program at their Port Bethel, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $199.54, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Janis Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
