I want to report a serious concern with AI Lab's solution that I purchased on June 28, 2014 from your South Emanuel, Wyoming store. The product has faced system outages despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Hudson W., but my issue remains unresolved.
