I purchased a solution from The Scholar Minds on August 30, 1973. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Silas P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
