Unresolved issue with Practice & Advisors product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6067-FGF-2539 placed with Practice & Advisors on July 28, 1977. I paid $477.14 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Luciano E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
