Overcharged by Legal Team Inc. for service

On July 10, 1978, I signed up for Legal Team Inc.'s consultation at their Orlandland, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $268.40, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Anahi D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
