Quality issues with Spice Bistros product

On September 25, 1971, I signed up for Spice Bistros's installation service at their Connorbury, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $345.95, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lempi K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
