Unsatisfactory resolution from Spice Bistros

On August 16, 2001, I signed up for Spice Bistros's troubleshooting service at their South Luz, Washington location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $117.51, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Katlyn K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
