Hidden fees discovered from Advocate, Advocate & Advocates

On September 19, 1982, I signed up for Advocate, Advocate & Advocates's support package at their New Virgil, New York location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $195.87, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Brice R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
