Overcharged by Advocate Advisors, Advisors for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4733-IWI-5580 placed with Advocate Advisors, Advisors on March 21, 2004. I paid $485.35 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Darrion V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
