Billing discrepancy with Well Care medical center

On November 4, 2020, I signed up for Well Care's setup assistance at their New Caylastad, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $433.80, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alejandrin B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
