I have been a loyal customer of Well Care for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-3992-EIX-2767) on August 24, 1991, and have encountered experienced long delays. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
