False promises made by NetCloud Inc. representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1052-MEK-9868 placed with NetCloud Inc. on December 5, 1995. I paid $813.6 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Skylar S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
