Overcharged by Total Remedy Center for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1208-FIC-6337 placed with Total Remedy Center on May 31, 1974. I paid $962.12 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Fay N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
