Advance Training Center refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9727-DDC-4969 placed with Advance Training Center on December 3, 1999. I paid $522.48 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Nico I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
