I purchased a package from Savory Delight on March 13, 2004. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Orpha V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
