Justice & Associates Group refused to address issue

I purchased a accessory from Justice & Associates Group on March 31, 2018. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lyda R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
