Overcharged by ScholarMinds Ltd. for service

On August 24, 1987, I signed up for ScholarMinds Ltd.'s support package at their Charleston, Texas location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $726.10, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jacques S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
