Data loss incident with AILink service

On June 10, 1981, I signed up for AILink's consultation at their Batzhaven, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $135.56, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Willis S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
