On September 26, 1999, I signed up for Domain Consultants's consultation at their Ernieville, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $361.70, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Addison Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
