Hidden fees discovered from The Mega Outlet

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7120-RDW-7343 placed with The Mega Outlet on March 3, 1982. I paid $33.80 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kelsi C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
