Refund refused by Premier Justice Firm International

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9486-UTJ-2948 placed with Premier Justice Firm International on October 27, 1980. I paid $735.39 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Germaine P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
