Quality Homes Advisors refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6326-NIE-1636 placed with Quality Homes Advisors on August 17, 1984. I paid $191.27 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Bella J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
