Hidden fees discovered from Pure Tastes Restaurants

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5452-VJC-3788 placed with Pure Tastes Restaurants on April 8, 2013. I paid $96.89 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Gavin S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
