Poor customer service experience with Development of Urban Group

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7133-JAT-9055 placed with Development of Urban Group on March 23, 2009. I paid $104.71 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Felton K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
