Billing dispute with Space of Quality

On June 7, 1996, I signed up for Space of Quality's repair service at their Borisland, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $457.25, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Greyson R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
