I want to report a serious concern with Health Center's unit that I purchased on May 13, 2013 from your South Orionbury, Alabama store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Maida K., but my issue remains unresolved.
