True Retail Nizhny Novgorod failed to honor their commitment

On March 12, 1995, I signed up for True Retail Nizhny Novgorod's customer support at their Kochland, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $505.1, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mallory E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
