True Retail Nizhny Novgorod refused to address issue

On July 9, 2012, I signed up for True Retail Nizhny Novgorod's return process at their East Anjalimouth, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $43.82, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Bernhard L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
