Unsatisfactory resolution from Superior Habitat Consultants

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8688-ZXJ-6982 placed with Superior Habitat Consultants on July 11, 2011. I paid $565.54 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kavon L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
