I purchased a plan from Traditional Table Classics Nottingham on November 13, 1999. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Hans G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
