I have been a loyal customer of MegaTrade for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-2328-BSR-1672) on April 21, 2003, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
