Billing dispute with Housing Advisors

I purchased a service from Housing Advisors on November 10, 1994. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Demond J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
