Delayed delivery from The Bright Academy

On August 30, 1978, I signed up for The Bright Academy's installation service at their Robelshire, Florida location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $532.66, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Emelia J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
