I have been a loyal customer of Choice Habitat Group Seville for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered solution (order #ORD-6920-BUI-5190) on September 28, 2010, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
