Unsatisfactory resolution from TrendyStore

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4306-BRP-3506 placed with TrendyStore on March 10, 1998. I paid $711.53 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Brandon G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
