Signature Realty Alliance Corp. failed to honor their commitment

On September 5, 2005, I signed up for Signature Realty Alliance Corp.'s delivery service at their Sedrickborough, Washington location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $315.8, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Carroll A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
