I am writing regarding order #ORD-8837-URH-1982 placed with Smart Shoppe Inc Holdings on March 18, 1977. I paid $504.0 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ottilie D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
