I want to report a serious concern with Knowledge Center Inc.'s subscription that I purchased on May 30, 2012 from your East Tatum, Michigan store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ray G., but my issue remains unresolved.
