Delayed delivery from Knowledge Center Inc.

On February 25, 2008, I signed up for Knowledge Center Inc.'s warranty service at their Huelton, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $189.18, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lacy C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
