Well Medical Sharjah refused to address issue

I want to report a serious concern with Well Medical Sharjah's solution that I purchased on August 24, 2014 from your Purdystad, Utah store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Chadrick O., but my issue remains unresolved.
