Warranty claim denied by The Quality Spice

I purchased a product from The Quality Spice on February 7, 1977. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Donavon R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
