Poor customer service experience with The Quality Spice

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3670-ORC-2253 placed with The Quality Spice on May 17, 2007. I paid $444.73 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Schuyler M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
