I purchased a tool from Choice Emporium Zone Tucson on July 12, 2022. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Eli S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
