Royal Realty refused to address issue

On August 30, 1970, I signed up for Royal Realty's customer support at their Katrinastad, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $548.22, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Major V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
