False promises made by Traditional Culinary Specialties Murcia representative

On November 11, 1987, I signed up for Traditional Culinary Specialties Murcia's repair service at their Lupehaven, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $875.55, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Julio C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
