Frustrated with Luxury Partners's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1126-KGO-5940 placed with Luxury Partners on October 26, 1971. I paid $364.22 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Augusta X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
