I purchased a tool from CyberCloud Computing on March 6, 2023. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Hope E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
