I want to report a serious concern with CyberCloud Computing's platform that I purchased on March 14, 2001 from your Dasiabury, Illinois store. The product has has poor quality despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Kadin P., but my issue remains unresolved.
