I want to report a serious concern with CyberCloud Computing's subscription that I purchased on August 3, 1996 from your New Jules, Massachusetts store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Otis E., but my issue remains unresolved.
