Mart & World Vadodara refused to address issue

On May 16, 1988, I signed up for Mart & World Vadodara's warranty service at their Jeromeburgh, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $758.6, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Chadd Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
